William C. Moss – Founder & CEO

William C. Moss is President, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MicroBanx, a founding member of Washington Capital Partners and of Interamerican Merchant Investors, LLC, an international e-business and investment development firm. He is an experienced manager, with a strong professional background that includes high-tech start-ups and established companies in the U.S. and Latin America. He is deeply rooted in information technology, having spent fifteen years with MACOSA, a prestigious builder and marketer of banking systems (COBIS), as Corporate CEO and as President of its U.S. and Latin American subsidiaries, with major Inter-American business development responsibilities. Mr. Moss has also served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation in Washington, DC, and Vice President for Investment Management of CoMat, LLC, an international private equity fund. He graduated from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, with an MBA (1984) and a BS in Economics (1977).

Technical and Operations Team

A superb technical and operations team is in place. Our Senior Project Manager, Fabian Espinosa, is a 12-year veteran systems engineer with MACOSA, with intimate knowledge of the COBIS software. He and a superb technical team, based in the U.S. and in Latin America, have many years of experience with COBIS and ample expertise with sophisticated financial enterprise management systems and networking. They bring excellent technical formation and bank software knowledge from international assignments with various customers, ranging from small banks to large multinational institutions.
